The Boost Recall Response Program contacts vehicle owners with active, open safety recalls, on behalf of our franchised automotive dealer partners, to help them get their free manufacturer-mandated recall repair scheduled.
- We identify vehicles with an open NHTSA safety recall in our partner dealers' customer records.
- We send a recall notification via text message to the phone number on file for that vehicle's registered owner.
- Recipients can call the phone number included in the message to reach their dealer's service department directly and schedule the free repair.
- Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of all future messages from this program.
Vehicle safety recall notifications are not marketing messages. Boost Dealer Solutions sends them under the FCC's TCPA safety exemption (47 U.S.C. § 227 and related FCC rules), which permits contacting a vehicle owner about a manufacturer-issued safety recall on a product they own, without requiring prior express consent. Phone numbers used for this program come from our partner dealers' own dealer management system (DMS) customer records — they are not purchased, rented, or obtained from any other source — and are used solely to deliver recall safety information.
Message frequency varies based on active recalls affecting your vehicle. Most recipients receive between one and three messages per identified recall.

You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from the Boost Recall Response Program. Once you reply STOP, that phone number is permanently removed from this program. You can also submit an opt-out request directly on our opt-out page without needing to have a message on hand to reply to.
